What must these "Christs" live to fulfill? What do we need to do, and what is our mission?
In the section "While Paul was waiting for them in Athens, he was greatly distressed to see that the city was full of idols": What does worshiping an idol mean? What can happen without seeing God's message within things? Why was Paul's spirit provoked? What was Athens known for, and what was the city full of? What does Paul try to explain to them, and what does he see in them? What type of altar did they even build? What can we see today about many developed cities and the urban people? What are the idols that are greatly worshiped by the people living in our modern society? What becomes of the people and our generation because of them, and what is the spiritual reason for this?
What does the second article of the Ten Commandments prohibit, and how is this stated in Exodus 20:4? What Hebrew verb is the word "idol" derived from, and what does it mean? In order to fill one's emptiness and chaos, what do men do, and what is this an expression of?
What does Paul tell the people of Athens, and why is this not a complement? What does the word "religious" mean? Why do people have to serve these "unknown gods". and what happens if we don't correctly realize the mystery of Christ? What does this mean in other words? What did the disciples do when they saw Jesus walking on the water, and what did Jesus immediately say to them? What didn't the disciples obviously have, and what was exposed through this incident? What happens if one doesn't realize the truth that Jesus is the Christ?
What is true from our birth, and what exactly is it? What is the meaning of lust, and what does one have to do because of it? What does this religious activity greatly increase, and what can we see today because of it? What are helpful to cure and prevent these problems? What is the fundamental issue, and what must one do? What then happens by the power of Christ's life, and what must he continue to do?
In the section "Paul's new teaching and preaching the good news about Jesus and the resurrection": What was the reason those religious idol worshipers and philosophers regard Paul's teaching as "strange ideas"? Why did Jesus Christ come down to us, and what was the result? What was this surely to them, and why was it hard to accept?
What did Paul want to tell the people of Athens, and how did he explain it? Why can't we really make God happy? What kind of people delude themselves into thinking that they can touch and move the "unknown god"?
How was fellowship with God allowed in the Old Testament, and how is it fulfilled in the New Testament? What has God Himself tried to do for His Chosen people? What is true of those who know this mystery of Jesus Christ? What does Deuteronomy 10:17 tell us about our worship towards Him? How does Ephesians 4:6 explain the omnipresence of God? Do the things we make and our bribes affect God? How is God's presence with us in our church building?
How does Paul continue to proclaim the truth about God the Creator, according to the KJV? Explain this further in regards to one blood and rhe breath of His life. Why were people made? What could men do through Jesus Christ? What does the word "seek" mean? How does 1 John 1:1 use this meaning? Explain God's closeness to us. How does our intimacy with God become our present reality? So what does Paul say we must stop?
What is clear to us about our Creator, and what is the purpose of creation? How did the corrupted man change God? What is the first article of the Ten Commandments, and what does it mean? What will happen if we do not know the spiritual reality that Jesus is the Christ? How does Romans 1:19-20 expand this idea? What is known from the creation, and now by the special grace revealed through Christ Jesus? How is this shown in Ephesians 2:13? How amazing is God's grace for us?
In the "Conclusion": How does Paul warn us? How are the words "design" and "lust" related both by definition and reality? How are we now free from the false spirit of idol worship? What are the blessings of being a wonderful child of God, and how can we have this Father-to-son relationship? How does this change our worship and serving? What must we continue to do?
