Discussion: The intention of this study is that it be capable of use both in a classroom environment and independent home study. It purposely lacks formal structure in order to enable the student flexibility and encouragement in seeking the Lord. Each lesson consists of a series of links, beginning with a topical sermon, and others, that are either related to the topic or useful in understanding the Word of God or in real-life applications. Feel free to use these links as the Lord leads you to gain further knowledge of His life in you.

Naturally, you will be able to understand the correlation of these materials better by attending the class, however, independently you will be able to understand how the Spirit is able teach you even better. Questions or comments can be submitted on the "Contact Us" page of the Open Kingdom website (www.openkingdom.org). We are now ready to begin. May God bless you in the understanding of your abundant life in Christ.

Today's sermon tells us that we must come to understand the Word of God correctly. How does one begin to do that? Here we see that we must learn to separate good from evil through self-denial by meditating on God's Word. Seek the Kingdom of God and His Spirit will teach you to be mature and to begin to understand God's will for your life. This is the beginning of your personal journey of changing yourself so you can help change the world. As you begin to meditate on God's Word, you will start to see these truth's all around you, and you will understand the abundant life that has been waiting all this time for you to realize your hope in Christ.

The "Abundant Life" is much more than spiritual blessings alone, as the physical life (along with it's spiritual implications), is also included. We hope you will be blessed in learning how the proper stewardship of all earthly possessions, including your body and the earth itself, will help you better appreciate and discover the infinite inheritance that is yours in Christ.

Continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ and soon your old self will be just a memory.
